On August 22, 2009, the Bankruptcy Court confirmed the Liquidating Plan proposed
by the Debtors and Committee. Joshua Dobin has been appointed Plan Administrator.
Because the Committee has been dissolved pursuant to the Plan, this website will
no longer be maintained on behalf of the Committee. Meland Russin & Budwick, P.A.
("MRB"), formerly counsel to the Committee, is serving as counsel to the Plan Administrator.
